Student Officers & Directors

Student Event Directors are required to be in the arena during the entire event and must watch each contestant compete in that event.
If a Student Event Director is going to compete in the event they are directing, it is the Student Event Directors responsibility to find another member to take their place prior to competing.
Any questions or protests must be addressed to the Student Event Director First.

President Coree Constable
Howdy! My name is Coree Constable and I am beyond blessed to be serving as your 2026-2027 THSRA Region IV Student President! I am a Sophomore and have been a proud member of THSRA/TJHRA for coming on 6 years! I compete in Breakaway Roping, Pole Bending, and Light Rifle. I've qualified to state 5 times in multiple events, including Junior High. Outside of rodeo, I am currently working on my private pilots license and have aspirations to attend the United States Naval Academy to pursue a career within naval aviation! My hope for every member in Region IV is that they have the character to lead, the courage to serve, and the determination to keep moving forward no matter what's thrown their way. Even if the year doesn't go as planned, the greatest achievement is not the buckle around your waist, but about becoming the kind of person worthy of wearing one. As a final word to all contestants, if it's in Gods plan, it will happen, if not, He always has a greater plan for you! Good luck!

Vice President Jasper Whipple
Hello! My name is Jasper Whipple, and I am honored to serve as your 2026–2027 Region 4 High School Vice President. I have been a part of Region 4 for the past five years and compete in Cutting, Calf Roping, and Team Roping. I’m looking forward to serving Region 4 and doing everything I can to support each of you throughout the year, as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Proverbs 27:17. I’m excited for another great year of rodeo, friendships, and making memories together. Good luck to everyone throughout the rest of the season, and I hope you all have a blessed year!

Secretary Jentri Hill
My name is Jentri Hill. I am from Sulphur Springs. I've been doing Regions for 3 years. I am a Junior at North Forney ISD. I compete in Barrels and Pole bending and I have made it to state in both events. Rodeo has taught me a lot of responsibility and to have respect for my animals. My biggest goal is to make it to Nationals and to win the Junior NFR. I feel blessed to be able to be the High School Region 4 Secretary for 2026. Reporter Elaine Kartley
My name is Elaine Kartley and I am a senior, this will be my second year being a member of Region IV. I compete in breakaway roping and team roping, and rodeo has become a huge part of my life. Throughout my years in high school rodeo, I’ve made so many memories, met some amazing people, and learned so much from the sport and the people around me. As the Region IV reporter, I’m excited to share the accomplishments and stories of our athletes while helping capture what makes Region IV so special. I’m looking forward to making my senior year one to remember and getting to know even more of the people who make Region IV great!
