Mandatory Contestant Meeting before Rodeo 1 in Grand Stands at 8am. Rodeo to follow meeting. If contestant is in SLACK, they can pick up back numbers/raffle tickets at secretary office. It is the members responsiblity to find out what was discussed at meeting.
Contestants MUST be in DRESSCODE with Back Number on at all times while in the Arena and Complex

Prom is Feb 15th. See secretary for wristbands. If bringing someone that is not a region 4 member, you need to get it approved by Secretary. If you'd like to bring water/drinks or desserts, please let us know.
Report Cards due by February Rodeo but if you have them now, bring now.
